Cover About AAC
Environment Friendly

AAC bricks can become the biggest support to preserve the environment as it consumes the most hazardous waste from the thermal plants - fly ash or the pond ash which from 70% of the raw material in the making of ARICRETE AAC bricks. This industrial waste material, fly ash cannot be dumped as it can pollute air, water and land.

In case of red bricks, the valuable top layer soil of the earth is used to make the mix for red bricks. This degrades and erodes the agricultural land and reduces the agricultural produce of India. It is also reduces the proportion of fertile land.

Also for achieving strength, red bricks are burnt in a kiln (Bhatti) which emits smoke. It pollutes the air and is dangerous for health. AAC blocks achieve strength by steam cooking in a high pressure autoclave where no smoke is emitted.

AAC is manufactured with abundant recycled raw materials and produces no waste products or pollution. Its manufacture requires little energy as compared to other materials.

Shifting from red bricks to ARICRETE bricks will help in fighting global warming which form a major concern in today world.
